Terms of Service

For Mumbai Region
For Mumbai region there will be no charges for Installation, Services and one year warranty. This will be provided by our below mentioned service dealers. Note: These are only service providers for "CM Purifiers". Product will be sold directly from company only

Out Side of Mumbai Region
With respect to our order terms, for our customers from outside Mumbai region, as our company is not available to cater our direct support on installation and other service backups for outside Mumbai region, therefore we shall bear the transportation cost and a specified set of extra spares with filters and fittings based on our list enclosed along with machines shall be provided to the customers only for the ordered machines during dispatch.
The below specified list of State wise and location wise service providers for our Outside Mumbai Region are only our recommended service providers, who can be defined as a separate individual bodies not associated with our organization in any aspects, who will render their paid services to our outside Mumbai customers on installation, servicing and maintenance of our machines. In related to the services offered by our service providers, we shall not be held responsible or liable as this will be a clear direct deal between the customer and service provider, once we reach the ordered products to the customers. In the below index, if you do not find our recommended service provider at your location than you can contact and take help from any local technician or service provider in your area.
Our responsibility shall include only products related grievances and technical assistance for which our team shall support you on the given contact details.
