Returns & Refunds Policy

Innovative Technocare Pvt. Ltd believe in complete customer satisfaction, if any product which you have received in a damaged condition due to transportation can be replaced.

If there is any damage or any other complaint during the transportation do inform us by sending an email or calling us within 24 hours of receiving & accepting the product.

If there is a defect in the machine it is returned and replaceable within 15 days.

Kindly note: 10% will be deducted from the total amount. As return transportation is in our scope.

How long will the return process take?

Once your return request has been placed with Customer Service, it usually takes about 4-5 days to have the product picked up from your place and another 4 days to initiate a refund subject to product inspection. We will notify you once we've received and inspected the product. You'll be automatically refunded on the mode of payment chosen by you within 5-7 days. If any damages are found, the same will be deducted from the amount supposed to be refunded.

How do I return a product?

Postage and charges for the return of these will not be refunded.
